Agents and quota

When Zentra Push is opened to the whole team, the daily cap is what keeps cost and quality predictable.

2 Why a cap exists at all

Cost containment

Portal subscriptions are metered in credits. A cap converts an unpredictable monthly bill into a known ceiling, and the governor warns before an agent spends the last of an allocation.

Quality floor

Bulk volume is how duplicate and thin listings reach portals. A daily limit forces the record to be complete before it is pushed, rather than after a complaint arrives.

Freshness over volume

Portal listing terms have shortened to around 60 days on the major sites. The cap is paired with automatic renewal tracking so the same ad stays current instead of being reposted as a duplicate.

3 What the Zentra Realty link unlocks

Enter once, exist twice

An agent with a linked account fills in a listing a single time. The record is created in Zentra Push and mirrored into Zentra Realty, with the two kept in sync by the link — the same rule works from either system's intake form.

No account, no dead end

An agent without a Zentra Realty account still gets the full Zentra Push intake flow. The mirror option is simply not rendered, and a later link triggers a backfill instead of a re-type.

Gated, not guessed

The Zentra Realty channel is filtered out of every picker until the account exists, so a push can never target a system the agent cannot write to. Guard rule G7.
