One canonical listing record, pushed to every marketing channel it is legally allowed to reach — with evidence left behind at each stop.
Design premise. No Malaysian property portal publishes a listing-submission API for agents. PropertyGuru and iProperty additionally prohibit third-party automation in writing, and Facebook removed group publishing in April 2024. Zentra Push therefore separates what is sanctioned (automate fully) from what is tolerated (prefill, human submits) from what is closed (generate a pack, human posts).
Linked systems. A listing is entered once. Agents who hold a Zentra Realty account get a mirror option and the two records stay linked; agents without one simply work in Zentra Push — nothing is blocked, and a later link backfills instead of asking for the data twice.
